LMI Technologies Partners with QMC

Windsor, Ontario, Canada, September 30, 2005 – LMI Technologies Inc., (LMI), a global leader in the design and manufacture of 3D Machine Vision Technology announced today that it has formalized an exclusive distributorship agreement with QMC LLC (QMC), based in Auburn Hills, MI. Under the terms of the agreement, QMC will have exclusive rights for sales, distribution, and integration for the North American market of 3-D fixed in-line (SLS Plus), and Flexible Robotic (FMS) machine vision sensing solutions. QMC will also assume responsibility for support and upgrades to the current LMI customer base.
