3D Robotic (Bin-Picking) system for Machine (Stamping Press/Laser cutting) Tending applications

Robotic cell for the loading and unloading of stamped parts in a laser cutting machine. Principle: scan of raw parts with a standard 3D vision system in order to send the 3D position to a 6-axis robot After cutting, the parts are dropped off in a rack prior localized with the 3D vision system. An easy setting interface allows the user to work in total autonomy and to adapt the solution to fast production changes.
