The Teledyne Dalsa Falcon4 86MP is a leading edge industrial camera that is well suited for Aerial or Surveillance applications with its electronic global shutter. Unlike many high-resolution cameras using full frame sensor technology which requires a mechanical shutter that wears out as fast as 200,000 pictures, there is no mechanical shutter in the Dalsa 86 MP camera. Teledyne Dalsa designed and fabricated this very advanced 86MP CMOS sensor supporting color or monochrome. Besides having pixel depth of 8, 10 & 12 bits, the sensor has very good NIR QE response of 20% at 900 nm. The 86MP Vision Camera has a Cameralink HS digital interface which operates up to 16 FPS with cable lengths to 300M and sustains a 1.3 gigapixel/second.

The Dalsa 86MP camera has an external Trigger-Strobe interface & is powered from +12VDC to +24VDC, 3.3A. The Falcon4 camera is compliant with industry standard GenICam™ and CameraLink HS™ (CLHS) specifications. The camera lens mount is M95 and we provide adapters suitable for Mamiya 645 and other medium format lens mounts.
