GigE CCD camera (BG series) :
This BG B/W and color series is an integrated-(one-body)-type monochrome camera that adopts all pixel data readout inter line CCD. There are 9 models according to the sensor type or color or B/W. These are BG030 (VGA 1/3 type), BG031 (VGA 1/2 type), BG080 (XGA), BG130 (SXGA), BG202 (UXGA) and for color BG030C(VGA), BG030CF(VGA), BG130C(SXGA), BG130CF(SXGA). For video output and camera control, the Gigabit Ethernet® interface standard "IEEE802.3ab" is adopted for high transfer rate, and it is easy to integrate into industrial equipment.
1. High frame rate BG030/BG030C/BG030CF (VGA1/3 type) as for 125fps, BG031 (VGA1/2 type) for125fps, BG080 (XGA) for 40fps, BG130 (SXGA) for 30fps, and BG202 (SXGA) realizes the high frame rate for 20fps.
2. Gigabit Ethernet interface (Power over Ethernet) Video output and camera control are performed via the Gigabit Ethernet standard IEEE802.3ab interface. Data transfer is up to 1Gbps (Maximum) that enables to output uncompressed video data at high frame rate. By complying with IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet(PoE), the power is supplied over single cable.
3.GigE Vision® Ver1.2 conformity This product is based on GigE Vision Camera Interface Standard for Machine Vision Ver 1.2.
4.GenICamTM Ver2.3 conformity This product is based on GenICam Generic Interface for Cameras Ver.2.3.
5.Scalable Selectable video output area. This mode achieves higher frame rate by reducing vertical output area. And reduces occupied data rate of USB bus by reducing horizontal output area.
6.Color processing (BG030C/BG030CF/BG130C/BG130CF/BG202C/BG202CF) Color processing is built in. there are RGB, YUV 4:2:2, YUV 4:1:1 and Bayer output modes.
7. All pixel data readout Equipped with all pixel data readout CCD, all the pixels are read in the frame processing of one time.
8.Square grid arrangement Square grid arrangement of CCD pixels, facilities computation for image processing.
