Hi Clark, We should be able to help you on this project. However, there are numerous questions that we need answered to determine all the constraints that may impede a successful conclusion. Can you please send me your contact info and I'll be happy to begin a data exchange with you? Send to Dr.Lee@pyramidimaging.com

Clark, This looks like quite an exciting project. We have done similar things in the past. There are a number of questions that you will need to answer and I'll list some of them here to allow others in a similar position to be able to look it up. - What frequency of light are you suing to stimulate the particle? - What frequency of light does the particle fluoresce at? I'm assuming a Stoke's shift. - Does the whole 0.2mm diameter particle fluoresce.? - Are you interested in measuring the particle in x,y and z? - How fast does the particle move? - What is the material of the box? Hope these questions help? Feel free to give me a call or email with additional questions. A.

With our systems it is not possible to measure the position of an item in this big range (+/- 75 mm).
