When Buffalo Trace decided to automate their processes, a vision inspection system offered a fast and efficient inspection solution to reducing labor costs and eliminating variable risk.
Understanding Buffalo Trace’s product inspection needs, CI-Vision designed and implemented a 4-camera solution that inspects for proper cap seal & fill level, and correctness of neck, front and back labels on un-oriented glass bottles.
After implementation of their vision inspection solution, Buffalo Trace was able to reduce their four manual inspections to one inspection operator.
