ZQ2 - High Power Laser Package

The ZQ2 is an industrial high power TEC laser with high-precision characteristics like boresight accuracy < 3 mrad. These high performance lasers offer output power up to 8000mW @ IR wavelengths (635nm - 1064nm on request) in a bench mountable package compatible with imperial & metric breadboards. The internal design of this laser coupled with its smart monitoring capabilities and integrated thermoelectric cooler allows a very high level of stability in terms of power and wavelength. With a wide range operation temperature of 0°C to 55°C and a wavelength drift of max ±1nm over the entire operating temperature range, it is optimal qualified for vision applications. It is supplied with a 10 kHz modulation frequency for On/Off switching and synchronisation. The internal state of the laser can also be monitored by the user via 4 interfaces: RS232, USB, Ethernet, PLC (each of them galvanically isolated).
It is possible to log operating parameters like temperature, operation hours and more and optional the laser can be easily controlled by a graphical user interface (e.g. at desktop). There is a great variety to customize the laser: Multiple projections are available including fiber, homogenous line projection, collimated beam, structured light. The user can easily adjust the laser focus by an external hand focusing. Several safety features like keyswitch, interlock and a laser status LED are contained.
