VINSPECsolar ARC systems are designed for inline optimization of texturing and anti reflection coating processes. Integrated into the automated handling, they reliably detect deviations of reflectivity, color, homogeneity and thickness of anti reflection coating.
VITRONIC offers a choice of dedicated measurement systems.Line-scan cameras are used for reflectivity inspection and measurement. Color camera systems measure coating thickness and local color deviations. Spectroscope systems with Tec5 technology measure coating thickness. VINSPECsolar ARC inspects solar cells with edge lengths of up to six inches (optionally eight inches) whether the cell structure is mono or multi crystalline. All VINSPECsolar systems have proven to be robust and reliable.

Coating inspection with spectrometer: • Coating thickness, color class • Full spectroscopic data in UV/VIS/NIR range at 9 observed spots • Frequency response curve and color angle
Coating inspection with camera: • Coating thickness, color class • Color homogeneity • Different classification criteria for rim and inner area • Local color deviations • Corner and edge breakages
Our hardware integrates smoothly into your cell lines. Each system comprises of a sensor and a computing subsystem for integration into established product handling systems. Our software suits your needs for mass production. The tools are optimized for fast and reliable detection of relevant features, according to process and material specific demands. All different VINSPECsolar camera stations within the same production share the same software and a common recipe. They can be managed at any station. The inspection software and the graphical user interface may be tailored to specific customer requirements.
